We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Final sale items cannot be returned.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To request an exchange, email us at info@furrform.com with your order number and the size or item you'd like to exchange for.

• For international exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.
• Items must meet the same return conditions (unused, in original packaging).

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please contact us.
