Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note we do not ship holidays.

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. You will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order ships.

The furryfolks are not responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

When ordering outside the U.S., be aware that import duties might apply.
